A & Lupa International is a company that provides services within recruitment, advising and professional training area. It is an entrepreneurial agreement of international business partners who would like to bring new expertise within services on the CEE and global market.

For each position, Andersson & Lupa Executive Consulting will target international companies operating in Poland. Firstly, we would approach companies that are approved by our client to be put on the target list, and operate in the similar operation. Next we will target companies that hire individuals with similar background. We are always open to perform not standardised search to find particular candidates.

We are able to take a risk and introduce a person who would be able to perform a job and is not evaluated by “ job description “ . Those people will require longer evaluation process and will be introduced to the clients who are innovative in their strategy and future development. This will act as a further tool to help us find the right person for our engaged client.
